My Parent App is Not Working! What Do I Do?

Parent App bugging out? Try…


1. Uninstalling & reinstalling the app (this just means deleting the app off your device and redownloading it!)

2. Logging in & logging out of the Goally Parent app.
3. If you have another device available, try downloading the app onto it to see if the same problem occurs. You can log in on multiple devices! The Goally Parent App works on both Apple and Android.


If your issue persists, or seems severe despite uninstalling and reinstalling, please send an email to support@getgoally.com with a description of the issue (is it crashing, glitching, is a feature that should be working, but isn't?) Please also send us the make and model of your phone, and what version of the Parent App you're running.
