If you've noticed your time zone is wrong on the Goally tablet, you'll need to update your address. Your location is not being recognized by the device! First things first, check that your Goally is connected to WiFi. Then:
1) Launch the Parent App
2) Tap Settings Gear (Top Left) > My Account > Tap your address
3) Select your address from the Google Location Dropdown. This part is important! Then tap Save.
4) Repeat step 3 under "[Your Child]'s profile," too!
If you save your address following these steps and your Goally is STILL showing the wrong time, send a quick email to support@getgoally.com with the subject line: My Goally's time zone and send us your address! We'll make this adjustment for you and make sure it sticks.
