I want to pay by credit card but can only pay for the initial purchase, not a continuing subscription

No problem! After you place your order online, just reach out to support@getgoally.com and ask us to disable your automatic renewal. This will keep your card from being billed again. While we can’t delete a card on file, we can absolutely prevent it from being used again.
