I'm a provider looking to purchase Goally for a family...what's the process?

Sometimes providers will need some form of documentation from us like a W-9, but that varies on a case by case basis. These are the basic steps to getting started with Goally:

1) Your organization will order on behalf of the family (at https://getgoally.com/pricing/) and pay for the device/app subscription. We accept credit cards, some forms of online pay, and also have the option to mail a check.
2) Once we receive payment, we'll get the Goally in the mail to the family
3) We offer video coaching to all families subscribed to Goally, so if your clients need help they can reach out to us directly!

Important: Use the client's information (not your own organization's email) when checking out, since the family will be the ones accessing a Goally account. 
You'll need the following details for checking out: 
- Parent/Caretaker's First and Last Name
- Parent/Caretaker's email address

- Physical address where the Goally will be mailed

- Parent/Caretaker's cell phone number


On the last page of checkout, we have a billing information section you can use to input your organization's details to also receive an invoice, if you need one!
