How do I add Care Team Members?

1. Open and login to the Goally Parent App

2. Tap Support at the bottom of the homepage

3. Tap Manage [Child's] Team

4. + Add Team Member

5. Add person's name and phone number (to receive a text with more information)

6. After you press “Done” that individual will receive a text with a link to download the Goally Parent App and a Super Secret login code to connect to your kiddo’s account.

Having trouble sending the link? Or your member isn’t receiving it? No worries, we have a second option to join the team using a Super Secret Code!

1. Follow the same directions above, but instead of entering the phone number, tap "Skip Phone" and you'll receive the Super Secret Code.

2. As the parent, you will share this code with your family member/therapist. You can text it to them, email it to them, or give em a call!

3. Once they download the Goally Parent app, they can tap "Someone invited me," enter the Super Secret Code, create a Goally account, and join your kiddo’s Care Team!
