How Do I Log In to the Parent App?

You can log right into the Parent App if you've already paid for your device and subscription! To do this:

1. Download Goally Parent App from your device's App store (it's got an icon with 3 little penguins)

2. Click “Log into your Goally account"

3. Sign in with Apple, Google, your email, or phone number (Apple, and Google will log you right in, but if you chose email or phone number: type in either and wait for the code)

4. Type in the 6-digit code, and the app will log you in!

Note: If you have not paid for Goally yet, you can check out with the tablet and app subscription HERE. Your account will be created automatically. You must have a Goally account in order to log in!

Bonus note: If you've ordered Goally through an ESA/Scholarship program, you'll start this journey with your Goally Tablet once you've received it in the mail. Turn it on, connect to WiFI, and select "Bought Goally Somewhere Else" from the tablet home screen. This will guide you to set up your profile in the Parent App ;)
